All weapons/bonuses/whatever are balanced at different times. Usually your chances for getting them are bigger the higher your level is (I think). An axe for example is really powerful if you get it from start but it's not really that good when you reach lvl 10. Some people however are just lucky to get powerful stuff in low levels. | |
